L’attività del personale appartenente ai livelli di Docente Iniziale e di Docente Ordinario è soggetta a una valutazione periodica, effettuata by a special evaluation commission, in order to: a) the effectiveness of teaching and training b) work effort in the design and implementation of the plan of training c) the contribution to the overall activity educational institution or training d) the professional qualifications acquired in service.
EVALUATIONS: THE EXECUTIVE
THREE ESSAYS AND AN EXTERNAL DECIDED TO ALL CAREER TEACHER
periodic evaluations are documented professional credit for assisting in career development and personal portfolio can be found in the teacher (no criminal record TEACHER'S SUBSIDIARY on a daily basis FROM THE MINISTER BRUNETTA !!!). The evaluation committee is chaired by the Director of educational or training institution, is composed of three experienced teachers and a representative appointed by a regional technical representative.

AWAY FROM SCHOOL UNIONS
abolished the unitary trade union representation of the school
